You may feel at home here if...
You've done the therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts, and understand your patterns... but you're still doing some of the same shit.
Your life is technically fine, but you don't always feel fully alive in it.
Working on yourself has started to feel like another job, and you're tired of looking for the next thing to fix, optimize, or figure out.
You're curious about microdosing, but what you really want is a different relationship with yourself, your patterns, and your life.
You want people around you who actually get this. A place where you can be honest without needing to perform, prove, or have it all figured out.
What this is not
Another program promising to fix you.
Another personal growth checklist to complete.
Group therapy.
Spiritual dogma.
A one-size-fits-all protocol.
Wildly Human is a place to get curious, experiment, and learn to trust your own experience instead of handing your authority over to another person or protocol.
Why Wildly Human?
Most microdosing programs focus on protocols, productivity, and outcomes.
This one focuses on people.
Yes, we'll talk about intention, preparation, safety, and responsible practices.
But the medicine is only part of the story.
We'll also leave room for the parts that can't be planned in advance.
The moment you catch yourself before falling into the same old pattern.
The question you didn't know you needed to ask.
The conversation where someone puts words to something you've been quietly carrying.
The moment you realize, “Oh. It's not just me.”
Because every person in the room brings something to the experience. Sometimes your biggest insight will come from your own process. Sometimes it will come from witnessing someone else's.
That's why this isn't just a protocol.
Microdosing may create a little more space. What you notice, explore, and choose to do with that space is uniquely yours.
Microdosing
Is a Mirror
Not a Shortcut
Microdosing isn't meant to fix you.
It won't make the hard conversation easier to avoid. It won't set the boundary, make the decision, or live your life for you.
You still have to participate in what you discover.
The Wildly Human Experience
Over eight weeks, we'll gather in a small, intentional group to explore what unfolds through microdosing, reflection, conversation, and community.
There will be structure, guidance, and support, along with plenty of room for curiosity, unexpected insights, and the conversations that naturally emerge and guide us along the way.
🌿 Weekly Live Sessions
Eight 90-minute virtual group calls held live each week.
✨ Intimate Community
An initimate circle of 6–10 participants where every voice matters.
📖 Reflection Practices
Journaling prompts and integration exercises to support your experience.
🍄 Education & Guidance
Preparation, safety considerations, and responsible microdosing support.
🌬️ Live Breathwork Experience
An additional live breathwork gathering to deepen connection, presence, and shared embodied experience.
💬 Ongoing Connection
A private space to share reflections, questions, and support between sessions.
This isn't about following a rigid protocol or getting somewhere as quickly as possible.
It's about giving yourself permission to explore with intention, in community, and to trust what unfolds along the way.
Why We Do
This Together
You could absolutely explore microdosing on your own.
But we don't experience life in isolation.
There’s something different about having other people alongside you while you’re actually moving through the experience. People to reflect with, get perspective from, and remind you of what you already know when you lose sight of it.
And none of that means you have to share everything. Some weeks you may have a lot to bring into the room. Other weeks, you might simply listen.
You get to show up however you are.
Because this isn't about performing vulnerability or having some profound breakthrough every week.
It’s about having somewhere to bring your actual experience, be seen in it, and remember you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Meet Your Guide
For years, I worked hard to build a life that looked successful the way I thought it was intended to. Along the way, I realized I'd become really good at working on my life, rather than living in it.
I followed the frameworks. Signed up for the programs. Did the practices. And somehow, the harder I worked on myself, the less connected to myself I felt.
What surprised me about psychedelics wasn't that they gave me answers.
It was that they helped me build a different relationship with myself.
One that asked me to look outside myself less, stay curious, experiment, and pay more attention to my own lived experience.
That relationship continued to deepen through honest community, shared vulnerability, and the ordinary moments of learning to trust myself a little more.
That's why I created Wildly Human.
Not because I believe microdosing is a magic solution.
But because I wanted to create the kind of space I had been looking for: thoughtful guidance, honest community, room to experiment, and no one telling you who you're supposed to become.
My role isn't to tell you who you are or give you the answers.
It's to create a space that helps you hear your own.
