When Life Feels

Too Loud,

Your Breath Brings

You Home.

COME HOME TO YOURSELF

Overstimulated,

Overwhelmed,

and out of sync?

You’ve tried everything to manage your stress with meditation, movement, and mindset, but something still feels unresolved beneath the surface.

Your body feels tense even when you’re resting. Your mind loops thoughts you can’t turn off. Even on days of rest, your body resists fully relaxing.

When your nervous system gets stuck in “go mode,” it starts to show up everywhere. You stay busy, productive, and high functioning, but underneath the surface you’re running on empty.

You keep striving, achieving, and proving, hoping that if you just do enough, the calm will follow, but it never really does.

This is the quiet side of burnout.
Overdoing convinces you that peace has to be earned, that rest needs to be justified.

But the truth is, your body already knows the way back home.
Your breath is the way to regulate, release, and reconnect.

I’ve lost myself in burnout

and found my way home

I’m Rachel,

Breathwork Facilitator and Psychedelic Integration Coach devoted to helping people navigate and embody personal transformation through rediscovering a sense of calm, clarity, and presence within.

For years, I lived in my head, constantly doing and achieving, chasing balance that never came. Breathwork changed that. It showed me how much energy I spent managing life instead of feeling it, and it brought me back home to safety and sanctuary in my body.

Now I guide others to do the same.
My approach blends the science of the nervous system with somatic awareness and the power of intentional breath to support real transformation.

This isn’t about effort or perfection. It’s about listening to your body’s wisdom and remembering that you already have the power within to come back to your center.

MY APPROACH

The Breath is Your Bridge

Breathwork is an ancient practice supported by modern science. Intentional breathing patterns shift the body and mind into harmony.

This unique style blends conscious breath with movement, music, and visualization. A method that’s both somatic and spiritual, rooted in science and deeply experiential. Activating the body, opening the heart, quieting the mind.

This work naturally guides you into altered states of consciousness. As the brain moves from active beta into slower alpha and theta waves, stored emotions release, the mind softens, and the nervous system resets.

Each session meets you where you are, creating safety in the body and space to regulate, release, and reconnect at a pace that honors your unique process.

CLASSES & EVENTS

When you don’t slow down

You move faster than your body can keep up, it starts to whisper… then it shouts. The mind spins, the body tightens, as exhaustion hides beneath the surface. You’re functioning, but not feeling.

You try to think your way into peace, but the mind can’t do what only the body knows how to. So you keep going, pushing, achieving, while your system quietly begs to exhale.

Without time to reset, stress builds and clarity fades. You lose touch with your intuition, your joy, and that steady sense of being at home within yourself.

The way back isn’t complicated. It begins with something so simple. Your breath.

Your Homecoming Awaits

When you reconnect with your breath, you reconnect with life itself. Everything starts to slow down just enough for you to feel it again.

Clarity returns. Your body softens. You begin to trust your wisdom and innate healing intelligence instead of resisting against it.

The mind quiets, emotions move, and what once felt heavy begins to lift. You find yourself meeting life from a grounded, open place where peace is no longer something you chase but something you create with every breath.

Presence reveals what’s always been possible and waiting for you to rediscover.

FAQ’S

  • Each breathwork journey begins with grounding, intention setting, and an overview of the practice. You’ll be guided through rhythmic breathing patterns set to curated music that supports and amplifies the transformational process. Sessions include somatic movement, visualization, and moments of stillness to help your body shift from resistance to release, so you can let go of what’s holding you back and make space for what calling you.

  • Conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-repair. Specific breath patterns and brief breath retentions create gentle, controlled changes in oxygen and carbon dioxide levels that release dopamine, adrenaline, and norepinephrine. These chemicals support clarity, emotional release, and well-being. This process helps regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, and restore the body’s natural balance.

  • As the breath deepens, the brain transitions from fast beta waves (the state of stress and thinking) into slower alpha and theta frequencies. These brainwave states are associated with creativity, relaxation, and subconscious reprogramming. In this space, insight, healing, and intuitive awareness often arise.

  • Yes. Breathwork increases nitric oxide, which supports cardiovascular health, boosts immunity, and enhances mood. It also activates the vagus nerve, improving communication between the brain and gut, reducing inflammation, and strengthening emotional resilience. Over time, regular practice has been linked to lower stress hormones, better sleep, improved lung function, and overall longevity.

  • Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed after a session. You may also experience emotional release or insight. Because breathwork moves energy through the body, many report feeling more open, grounded, and connected for days after. Hydrating, nourishing, resting, reflecting, and journaling afterward are highly encouraged to support integration.

  • While breathwork is typically very safe, there are some conditions and times where additional caution should be taken. Before starting you will sign a waiver in order to participate. Medical clearance should be obtained, or abstinence should be considered as per noted below

    • History of cardiovascular disease (including angina, high blood pressure, or a past heart attack)

    • Ocular conditions (such as glaucoma or retinal detachment)

    • Musculoskeletal issues (osteoporosis)

    • Recent significant injuries/ surgeries.

    • Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with severe mental illness, seizure disorders, or a personal or family history of aneurysms.

    • Pregnant individuals should consult with their primary care physician or obstetrician and receive explicit approval before engaging in breathwork.

    • Individuals with asthma should have their inhaler readily available and consult their doctor beforehand.

    • If you are taking major medications or managing chronic conditions that could be impacted by breathwork, it is essential to speak with your healthcare provider prior to participation.

  • Yes. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person work. Through intentional facilitation, music, and pacing, you can experience the same nervous system regulation and emotional release from the comfort of your own space.

  • No experience is required. Breathwork meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re completely new to the practice or have been working with meditation, yoga, or other modalities for years each session supports wherever you are in your journey.

  • Yes. Each session can be tailored to what your body and energy need most:

Breakthrough Experience – A dynamic, activation-based practice using 4-part breathing and intentional breath holds for release, clarity, and insight.
Flow Experience – A restorative, trauma-sensitive journey for nervous system healing, stress relief, and integration.
Customized Experience – A curated session designed around your intention, blending movement, music, and meditation to support your unique process.

  • It depends on your goals and current state. If you’re seeking emotional release or a breakthrough moment, the Breakthrough Experience may be ideal. For grounding, healing, or integration, the Flow Experience is a better fit.

  • In group sessions, something called social synchrony happens. When people breathe together in rhythm, their heart rates and brainwaves start to align. This shared resonance amplifies the experience and deepens feelings of connection and support.

  • This depends on your goals and lifestyle. Some people find monthly sessions help them stay grounded, while others practice weekly for continued transformation. Like any healing modality, consistency that honors your personal process deepens the results. Many experience meaningful change from even one intentional session.

  • Regular practice helps the body shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-repair, lowering stress hormones and easing anxiety. Over time, people often notice clearer thinking, steadier moods, and improved sleep and focus. Research also links breathwork to better lung function, heart rate variability, digestion, and overall longevity.

  • A single session offers a complete, standalone experience for immediate release and clarity.
The Anchored & Aligned Monthly Package provides ongoing support with one breathwork session and one integration session each month. It’s ideal for those wanting to deepen their practice, create consistency, and integrate lasting change. (You can learn more about this offering HERE.)
