MICRODOSING 101:

Info Session for the Micro-Curious

Monday August 31st 2026 |  $20  |  Virtual & In-Person

Thinking About Microdosing? Start Here.

As someone actively looking inward, it’s likely you’ve come across others microdosing on their self-development journey.

Maybe friends were talking about their experience and you were too shy to ask questions. Or you heard your favorite podcast host talking about it on a recent episode.

Whatever it was, you’re curious but you don’t know where to start and don’t know what to believe.

That’s why this conversation was created for you: an open space to explore your questions and learn more.

Rachel Rappa is a psychedelic coach, breathwork facilitator, and creator of Wildly Human. Her work explores the intersection of psychedelics, nervous system regulation, personal growth, and the deeply human experience of learning to trust ourselves.

She doesn't believe microdosing is for everyone.

She does believe people deserve honest, grounded conversations about it.

Her goal isn't to convince you or hand you a one-size-fits-all framework.

It's to help you ask better questions, understand what you're exploring, and make informed decisions that feel right for you.

During this live conversation we'll explore questions like...

  • What actually is microdosing?

  • How do I know if it's right for me?

  • Is it safe?

  • How does science actually relate to the experience?

  • Why are so many people talking about it?

  • What makes a microdosing experience meaningful beyond the dose itself?

  • How do you approach this thoughtfully instead of impulsively?

You don't have to decide whether microdosing is right for you.

You don't even have to agree with me.

You just deserve a place where you can ask honest questions.

That's what this evening is for. Hope to see you there.
