A welcoming space to explore the power of the breath alongside the depth of Internal Family Systems. Through guided breathwork, movement, and compassionate parts inquiry, you’ll reconnect with your body and meet your inner world with curiosity and care. This workshop supports nervous system regulation, deeper integration, and a return to your innate wholeness, leaving you feeling grounded, empowered, and more fully yourself.

A welcoming space for all levels to explore and expand the power of the breath. Develop healthy breathing mechanics, deepen presence, and reclaim your sovereignty. This is an invitation to both regulate your nervous system, and access deeper states of clarity and insight. Along with breathing techniques, we’ll incorporate sound, gentle movement, meditation and body based inquiry. This space is created to reconnect you to your bodies innate wisdom, healing intelligence and true essence, by building a practice that leaves you feeling empowered, grounded and embodied.
